3. Payment Terms
- → Monthly credit plans billed on the same date each month
- → Extra credit top-ups are one-time charges
- → All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- → Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com — a trusted Merchant of Record
- → By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms
- → For payment support, visit paddle.net
🔒 We never store your card details. All payments are handled by Paddle.com with bank-level security.
4. Your Responsibilities
- ✓ Provide accurate business info for agent setup
- ✓ Use agents only for lawful business purposes
- ✓ Comply with platform terms (Facebook, Google, etc.)
- ✓ Keep your OpenAI API key active and funded
5. Service Delivery
- → Most agents delivered within 24-48 hours
- → Complex setups (WhatsApp, multi-platform) up to 5 business days
- → We notify you immediately of any delays
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoAgentPro is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, OpenAI), platform policy changes, or issues from incorrect info provided during setup.

🚫 Once your agent setup or onboarding has begun, NO refund will be issued under any circumstances. By completing payment, you agree to this policy.
1. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com — a trusted global Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all transactions, tax compliance, and payment security.
2. EU/UK Buyers — 14-Day Withdrawal Right
⚠️ If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days — UNLESS the service has already started being delivered.
- → If onboarding has NOT started → you may withdraw within 14 days
- ✕ If onboarding has started or agent is delivered → withdrawal right is waived
- → By starting onboarding, you expressly agree to waive this right
3. Our No-Refund Policy
AutoAgentPro provides custom AI agent setup services. We begin work immediately after payment. Because we invest real time, resources, and technical effort — our refund policy is strictly limited.
Once onboarding begins (once you provide any business info or platform details), the service is considered delivered and NO refund will be issued.
4. Only Eligible for Refund
⚠️ Refund only if: you paid but onboarding has NOT started AND you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
- ✓ Payment made but we never contacted you within 48 hours
- ✓ Onboarding has NOT started at all + request within 24 hours
5. Absolutely NO Refund In These Cases
- ✕ Onboarding has started — even one message exchanged
- ✕ You provided any business info or platform credentials
- ✕ Agent has been built and delivered
- ✕ Agent is working but you changed your mind
- ✕ You provided wrong or incomplete information
- ✕ Issues caused by Facebook, Google, OpenAI or any third-party
- ✕ Your OpenAI API key has no credits
- ✕ Request made after 24 hours of payment
- ✕ Monthly credit fees already charged
6. Delivery = No Refund
Once your AI agent is delivered, the full fee is non-refundable. This applies even if you decide to stop using the service, find a cheaper alternative, or your business circumstances change.
7. Dispute Resolution
By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback after onboarding has started. Unauthorized chargebacks after service delivery will be disputed and reported to Paddle.com.
